By using RBD Guardian, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The Bottom Line
1. This is my app. I own it, I control it, I can change it or shut it down whenever I want.
2. You can use it. Feel free to create an account and track your sleep.
3. You can stop using it. No lock-in, no penalties, delete your account anytime.
4. Use at your own risk. I'm not responsible if something goes wrong.

License and Usage Rights
What you CAN do:
- ✅ Create an account and use the app for personal sleep tracking
- ✅ Connect your Android device and WearOS watch
- ✅ Share your data with doctors you authorize
- ✅ Export your biometric data
- ✅ Delete your account at any time
What you CANNOT do:
- ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- ❌ Use automated tools to scrape or download bulk data
- ❌ Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass security measures
- ❌ Use the app for illegal purposes
- ❌ Claim ownership of the application or its code (without permission)
- ❌ Redistribute the application without permission

Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in RBD Guardian remain with the developer. This includes:
- Source code
- Designs and user interface
- Trademarks and branding
- Database structure and algorithms
- Documentation

User Content
Your Data Belongs to You:
- You retain ownership of your biometric and personal data
- You grant RBD Guardian a license to store and process your data to provide the service
- This license terminates when you delete your account

Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your email address is accurate and accessible
- Notifying us of any security breaches
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Delete inactive accounts after extended periods (with notice)
- Modify features or functionality without notice

Medical Disclaimer

- A medical device
- FDA approved or cleared
- HIPAA compliant
- Suitable for clinical diagnosis
- A replacement for professional medical advice
DO NOT:
- Make medical decisions based solely on this app
- Use this app in life-threatening situations
- Assume the data is 100% accurate
- Use this app as a substitute for seeing a doctor
Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures (encryption, authentication, access controls), but:

You acknowledge that:
- Data breaches can occur despite best efforts
- Internet transmission is never completely secure
- You use the app at your own risk regarding data security

RBD GUARDIAN IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The data will be accurate or reliable
- Defects will be corrected
- The app will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The developer is NOT liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or inaccuracy
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
- Medical issues or health-related decisions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE APP.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the app
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Don't like the new terms? Stop using the app.

Termination
You can terminate at any time:
- Simply stop using the app and delete your account
We can terminate at any time:
- For violation of these terms
- For abusive or illegal behavior
- For any reason, or no reason at all
Upon termination:
- Your access is revoked immediately
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days (upon request)
- These terms survive termination where applicable (liability, indemnification)

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement
These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding RBD Guardian.
